Our firm was founded in 1984 by Attorney Cha, establishing its Taipei branch in 1992 and a Beijing representative office in 1995. From the outset, our practice focused on cross-border investment and international finance, serving clients navigating complex global markets.
In 2006, Attorney Cha devoted himself fully to public service, and the firm suspended operations. In 2025, we resumed practice with a renewed mission: advancing the integration of artificial intelligence into cross-border investment and financial law, promoting efficiency, accessibility, and innovation in global legal services.
